This position is responsible for all activities related to selling of products and sales administration, stocks & debtors management, cost control, as well as the profit and loss of the assigned section and key accounts.
Job Summary :
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed annual sales budget and margin objectives for the assigned territory or market segments while maintaining expenses with assigned budget guidelines.
- Establish strong business relationships with existing customer base and develop value relationships with potential clients to expand business.
- Responsible to maintain an existing account base and identify & develop growth opportunities within assigned sector (bakery, beverage, dairy, and savory) to expand market coverage as well as market penetration.
- Generate the plan in full cooperation with suppliers and direct senior sales manager. Implement and monitor the marketing plan.
- Generate and keep updated a marketing/sales plan for relevant products by identifying key customers and products for the business, monitoring competitors’ activities, to recommend objectives and strategies for various suppliers and their products.
- Utilize the Brenntag Sales Process and update the CRM with the details regarding client communications/sales activities on daily basis, as well as complete all other assigned reporting requirements.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, or establishing personal networks.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry desirable
- Experience: +4 years of chemical or ingredients sales experience in food industry
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Work independently with minimum supervision

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and customer oriented
