Job Description
Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of the operation of the restaurant which include but are not limited to, sales, staffing, scheduling, cost controls, inventory management, food safety and quality assurance, equipment and facility repair and maintenance, and adherence to all Federal, State and local regulations.

Some previous restaurant or retail supervisory experience is required
