Production Manager – Grand Prairie, TX
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met
- Supervise and develop production supervisors and frontline teams, driving accountability and performance
- Enforce GMP, food safety, and quality standards (AIB, internal audits, etc.)
- Drive labor efficiency, scheduling, and workforce planning, including coordination with staffing agencies
- Monitor and improve production rates, downtime, and overall line performance
- Partner with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure material flow and production alignment
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, safety, and operational issues
- Maintain accurate reporting across production metrics, labor, and WMS systems
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership (food, packaging, or CPG preferred)
- Experience managing multi-shift operations and frontline teams
- Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality systems
- Proven ability to drive production performance and labor efficiency
- Experience with WMS and production systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
