Purpose of the Job
The Account Director is responsible for the development and nurturing of a key HH Global sportswear + footwear brand client in EMEA. This role is essential in strengthening relationships with the client, identifying growth opportunities for the business as well as ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. The Regional Account Director will lead our dedicated client team in delivering innovative and high-end in-store retail fixture solutions, retail fixture concept developments and solutions.
You will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the account in EMEA region, taking a hands-on approach to creating and delivering solutions. Having the acumen to grow and develop the relationship and build the team as the account develops. You're a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategic direction of the account, balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective operational plans.
This role will operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / supplier site(s) and home.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of the regional account strategy aligned with global objectives
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and innovative solutions in response to evolving market trends
- Ensure full compliance with contractual responsibilities and service commitments
- Own financial performance, forecasting, and risk management across the account
- Oversee operational delivery across key categories, especially retail fixtures, fittings, and in‑store activations
- Drive innovation and product development to deliver world‑class solutions
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 20 colleagues to deliver exceptional results
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive account growth
- Produce high‑quality strategic reports, QBRs and C‑level client communications
- Shape the account structure and ensure effective resource planning throughout seasonal peaks
- Champion continuous improvement, ensuring superior customer service and maximized value for the client
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Extensive experience in client service, project management and retail fixtures + fittings development
- Proven track record managing and growing multiple regional or global client accounts
- Demonstrated managerial experience, including leading, developing and coaching teams
- Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and sound operational decision‑making capabilities
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to build long‑term, value‑driven partnerships
- Deep understanding of the client’s business, brands and market landscape
- Self‑motivated, confident leader with a coaching and mentoring mindset
- Able to commute to the Prague office
- Entrepreneurial, growth‑oriented personality with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent Czech and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP system experience beneficial
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required
