We're actively seeking industrial specialists, (PTAs, ATCs, OTAs), to deliver on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a fulltime salaried position, 40 hours per week

Position: Industrial Specialist
Location: Erlanger, KY
Shift: Monday - Friday 5am - 8pm (Shift times may vary depending on the client's needs).

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapsit to deliver onsite occupational health, wellness, and injury-prevention services within industrial and professional work environments. This role uses a preventative, educational, and clinical approach to support employee health, safety, and return-to-work outcomes.

The Industrial Specialist works both independently and collaboratively, providing prevention programs, ergonomic solutions, and post-injury care aligned with established clinical protocols and state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite occupational health, injury prevention, and post-injury care services following established protocols
  • Conduct screenings, ergonomic assessments, fitness/wellness programs, and job coaching as assigned
  • Educate employees on body mechanics, stretching, and safe work practices
  • Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs in collaboration with management and safety teams

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Valid professional licensure in state you are applying.
  • Valid BLS and CPR certifications.
  • Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent Activities: Walking, sitting, repetitive arm and leg movements, stooping, forward bending, handling, keyboard/computer work.
  • Occasional Activities: Pinching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to briskly walk in the field/location for emergencies, observation, and job coaching.
