Working under the direction of the physician-established Plan of Treatment and in collaboration with patients and caregivers, you will help ensure healthier, more independent living and promote recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions, assess their needs, and provide appropriate care and education
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms, communicating findings to physicians
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families
- Expand knowledge and skills through educational workshops, conferences, and training
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Haven Qualification Standards
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current nursing license in the state of Florida
- Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player
- Responsible, compassionate, and patient-centered
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
