Project Manager for Retail Home-Improvement

Overview:

America's Best Choice is seeking a new Project Manager with experience in building decks, sunrooms, screen porches, roofing, siding, fencing and more home improvements. The ideal candidate will be able to represent our company to the highest standards when it comes to integrity, ability, dedication and appearance. 

Responsibilities: 

MUST be able to provide our customers with great experience, treat team members, subs and suppliers with respect and honesty. We’re looking for team members that have career goals. 

MUST be proficient with computer technology. We utilize a full spectrum CRM to manage our customers projects. All communications and documentation are through this software. Be prepared to demonstrate better than average business computer skills. 

MUST have identifiable experience with building decks, screen and sunrooms, general residential framing, siding, roofing and concrete work. High end remodeling and finish work as well. 

MUST have experience with doing detailed and accurate plan take-offs for evaluating and ordering materials and labor for various projects. 

MUST have experience with applying for permitting and high proficiency and knowledge of current IRC building codes, jobsite inspections and dealing with changes. 

Qualifications: 

Proficient in computers and mobile technology. 

High level of construction principles and techniques including plan interpretation. 

Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 

Capable of career growth and development. 

Valid drivers license and reliable pick up truck.
