Your Impact A Global Flagship Experience Participants will join as full-time Client Advisors, gaining hands-on experience at the heart of the brand. In this role, you will: Act as a brand ambassador, delivering elevated and personalized client experiences Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional clienteling Develop strong sales and client engagement capabilities Gain exposure to high-volume, high-expectation luxury retail environments Contribute to team success while achieving individual performance goals Demonstrate curiosity, ownership, and a continuous drive for excellence Engage in strategic projects that connect retail execution with broader business objectives A 360° Retail Development Journey Over the course of the one-year program, you will follow a structured learning path in partnership with a world-renowned hospitality business school, including: In-Store Development (Core Foundation) Cross-Functional and Strategic Exposure Exclusive Learning Curriculum, including structured coursework culminating in a final presentation of key learnings to Senior Management Ongoing Mentorship from Store Leadership and HR This program is designed to accelerate your readiness for future growth opportunities within Moncler Retail. The range is based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and reflects our commitment to investing in talent and long-term growth. The anticipated base hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for commission and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; 7 paid holidays; up to 80 hours of accrued vacation; 4 personal days; 2 community service days; employee discounts; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
