π Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver a world-class dealership experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles
- Demonstrate vehicle features through test drives
- Present pricing, financing, and leasing options
- Negotiate and close sales professionally and ethically
- Follow up on internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visits
- Maintain knowledge of pre-owned inventory and vehicle features
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business
- Complete all sales paperwork accurately
- Work with finance and service teams for seamless delivery
β Qualifications
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
