   Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years lifeguard experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Lifeguard and WSI Certification
• CPO or AFO required within 6 months of hire
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Certified in American RedCross Lifeguarding/FirstAid and CPR/AED for the Lifeguard

   Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a pool/assistant pool manager

   Hours: 
    40 hours/week

   Salary: 
    $43,012 - $51,533
    Salary based on experience
