Job Description

Mission: Vivant is on a mission to eliminate the frustrations for SMBs by keeping your internet, phones, network, and WiFi running without disruption so your business stays connected at all times. We eliminate costly outages so the businesses can focus on what truly matters, driving growth and success.

Core Values At Vivant, we don’t just hire for open roles—we hire for impact. If you’re exceptional at what you do and align with our core values: Trustworthy, Product Knowledge, Process Knowledge, and Autonomy, we want to know you!

Job Overview:

This isn’t any traditional HR. This is culture-building at scale.

If you believe HR is more than policies and paperwork — if you see it as the heartbeat of an organization — this role is for you!

We’re looking for a Human Resource Associate who doesn’t wait for engagement problems to appear. You anticipate them. You solve them. You build systems that make people feel valued, heard, and inspired to do their best work.

This position does NOT involve RECRUITMENT. If your experience or skills are centered on talent acquisition and/or recruitment, this role is not a suitable fit.

A day-to-day life as a Human Resource Associate :

  • Assist the HR Specialist in managing our HR operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain organized records of employee information, contracts, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Support the HR Specialist with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and accurate attendance tracking.
  • Lead new hires through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations, collect employee feedback, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with your assistance.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to foster a lively and enjoyable workplace.
  • Serve as a welcoming point of contact for any HR-related questions or concerns.
  • Manage labor compliance and procedures concerning our valued independent contractors.
  • Work closely with our U.S. leadership team to align workforce strategies and promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Handle BIR transactions and other essential tax-related responsibilities.
