Make a Real Impact — Join Our Team as a Career Coach

Location: Buffalo, NY
Salary: $43,000–$50,000/year (based on experience)

Bring Your Experience. Shape the Future Workforce.

Have you spent your career leading teams, training employees, or managing people in? Are you ready to apply those skills in a role where your impact goes beyond the bottom line?

We’re looking for a Career Coach who understands what it takes to succeed on the job and can coach others to get there.

What You’ll Do

Lead, Coach & Develop Talent

  • Coach participants as they build job readiness, confidence, and career direction using real-world expectations.
  • Translate workplace standards - attendance, communication, productivity, teamwork - into actionable coaching and feedback.

Supervise & Facilitate Learning

  • Lead orientations, training sessions, and cohort-based learning experiences.
  • Supervise participants during on-site learning or work-based experiences, providing structure, accountability, and support.

Prepare Job-Ready Candidates

  • Guide participants through resume writing, applications, mock interviews, and workplace professionalism.
  • Help individuals transition successfully into employment by reinforcing performance expectations and continued engagement.

Support the Whole Person

  • Identify barriers to employment and connect participants to supportive resources such as transportation, childcare, housing, or mental health services - so they can stay focused and successful at work.

What You Bring

  • Experience training, coaching, or onboarding employees
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort managing groups and setting clear expectations
  • Ability to build rapport while holding people accountable
  • Tech confidence (Microsoft Office, databases, or CRM systems)
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License and willingness to drive a company vehicle

Experience working with underserved populations or in workforce development is a plus—but not required. We value transferable leadership skills.
