Location: Quincy, IL
Pay Range: Based on Relevant Experience
LPN: $18.66 - $27.99 per hour
RN: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Friday - 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
About the Role:
As an RN or LPN in Pain Management, you will play an important role in helping patients manage chronic and acute pain through coordinated care and support. This includes assisting with procedures, providing patient education, coordinating treatments, and helping patients navigate their care plans. This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and compassion for patients dealing with long-term pain conditions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist providers with in-clinic procedures such as injections and other pain interventions.
Support and educate patients on treatment plans, medication use, and lifestyle recommendations.
Coordinate care with other departments and outside agencies as needed.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings to providers.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving in supporting patient care.

Qualifications:
Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
BLS certification required (training available upon hire).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
