- Draft, edit, proofread, and format proposal content, including qualifications, approaches, case studies, resumes, work plans, and agency credentials
- Collect, organize, and refine input from agency leadership, strategy, creative, media, research, analytics, account, and production teams
- Use AI-powered tools to assist with proposal drafting, summarization, content organization, compliance checks, editing, and presentation development while verifying accuracy, originality, and brand alignment
- Develop customized capability decks, fact sheets, credentials, and simple visual materials that support new business opportunities
- Help translate technical, research-heavy, scientific, healthcare, marketing, or government program information into clear, compelling proposal language
- Prepare and submit questions in response to RFPs, track addenda, and help ensure final submissions reflect all updates
- Edit, standardize, and improve material prepared by other contributors for clarity, tone, consistency, and compliance
- Proofread proposals and presentation materials to catch errors, inconsistencies, missing requirements, and formatting issues before submission
What you’ll bring along:
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and storytelling skills
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, contributors, documents, and priorities at once
- Ability to translate complex ideas, technical details, research findings, and agency processes into clear written documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, compliant, submission-ready materials
- Comfort working with AI tools for writing, editing, research organization, summarization, formatting, and quality control, with strong judgment around fact-checking and responsible use
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, collect content, manage revisions, and keep contributors aligned on deadlines
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a fast-moving proposal team
- Adaptability, resilience, and willingness to work flexible or extended hours when needed to meet critical submission deadlines
- Experience with writing, editing, communications, marketing, journalism, public sector proposals, grant writing, or sales materials preferred
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other presentation and content development tools is a plus
