Role Overview
This position is built for execution-not prospecting.
- Conduct sales calls with pre-booked, qualified prospects (Zoom or phone)
- Lead clear, structured conversations that move people toward decisions
- Identify client challenges and match them with the right solutions
- Address objections naturally without relying on pushy tactics
- Keep detailed CRM notes to maintain pipeline clarity
- Consistently hit targets and contribute to overall team performance

Compensation
- Setters: Approx. $1,000–$1,500 per week
- Closers: Approx. $2,000–$3,000 per week + bonuses
- Additional upside tied directly to production
