Compensation & Growth
Salary Range: $80,000 – $98,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
- Track progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all state and clinic standards
What You’re Looking For
- Active (or eligible) Florida Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Team-oriented, patient-first mindset
