SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the President’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Prioritize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
- Draft professional communications on behalf of the President.
Operational & Administrative Management
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the executive office
Strategic & Project Support
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects
- Conduct research and prepare summary reports for decision-making
- Assist with executive-level presentations and communications
- Monitor progress on strategic goals and provide status updates
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between the President and senior leadership, employees, customers, and external partners
- Coordinate VIP visits and external engagements
- Represent the President’s office with professionalism and diplomacy
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (President, CEO, COO, etc.)
