SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the President’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

 

 What You'll Do

 

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Draft professional communications on behalf of the President.

 

Operational & Administrative Management

 

  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion
  • Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the executive office

 

Strategic & Project Support

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects
  • Conduct research and prepare summary reports for decision-making
  • Assist with executive-level presentations and communications
  • Monitor progress on strategic goals and provide status updates

 

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Act as a liaison between the President and senior leadership, employees, customers, and external partners
  • Coordinate VIP visits and external engagements
  • Represent the President’s office with professionalism and diplomacy

 

What You'll Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (President, CEO, COO, etc.)
