Your Tasks as a Talent Acquisition Intern:

As an integral part of the TA team, you will learn the ropes of recruitment by supporting our recruiters and hiring managers in finding the best talent for Dilitrust

- Support Full-Cycle Recruiting: Assist in the recruitment process across our various offices (Canada / USA + International), from initial screening to scheduling interviews.
- Sourcing: Help develop sourcing pools for various functions (Sales, GTM, Engineering) by identifying potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Shadow senior recruiters in meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs and learn how to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a DiliTrust ambassador, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates through timely communication and coordination.
- ATS & Data Hygiene: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data and documentation are accurate and organized.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and help draft engaging job descriptions and outreach messages.

Your profile: 

You (ideally) have a first internship experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
Proficiency with MS Suite and communication tools (Teams or Slack).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever) and recruitment/social networks (Linkedin)
You’re comfortable with data and reportings
Curiosity and a willingness to learn about recruitment
