Senior Executive Assistant

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a highpotential professional early in their career who wants close exposure to executive decisionmaking and a path to expanded responsibility.

As Senior Executive Assistant, you will partner directly with the President to drive focus, execution, and organizational effectiveness. You will operate at the center of information flow, decision cadence, and crossfunctional coordination.

The role is intentionally structured to evolve. Strong performance, sound judgment, and curiosity will translate to increased scope, ownership, and influence.


Responsibilities

You will establish trust and operating leverage through:

  • Highquality executive support, including complex calendar, travel, and meeting coordination
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating across senior leaders to ensure alignment and followthrough
  • Support for executive meetings, offsites, and key events


Growth Over Time

As business knowledge, context, and credibility deepen, you will:

  • Own business rhythms, operating cadences, and select initiatives
  • Support executivelevel materials and governance processes
  • Support crossfunctional initiatives as a trusted extension of the President
  • Take increasing responsibility for driving clarity, execution, and operational excellence


Core Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, tracking, structured reporting)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executiveready materials)
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Sound judgment, emotional maturity, and executive presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 3+ years supporting senior leaders or managing complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated track record of performance, ownership, and reliability
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
