Position Summary

IPTA is seeking a C2E (Cloud Computing Enterprise) Support Lead to coordinate cloud support activities for Army enterprise systems hosted in commercial cloud environments. This role serves as the primary interface between the technical team and Army C2E stakeholders, ensuring compliance with cloud service requirements and optimal service delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate C2E cloud support activities across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Serve as liaison between technical teams and Army C2E program office
  • Manage team tasks, schedules, and deliverables
  • Track and report on cloud service metrics and SLA compliance
  • Coordinate cloud provisioning requests and change management
  • Ensure compliance with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG)
  • Develop and maintain cloud support documentation and procedures
  • Facilitate communication between cloud engineers and Government stakeholders
  • Support cloud migration and optimization initiatives
  • Prepare status reports and briefings for Government leadership
  • Manage cloud support tickets and ensure timely resolution

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience
  • Minimum 2 years in cloud support leadership role
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
  • Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems
  • Active Security Clearance Required

 

Desired Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certification
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with DoD cloud programs (milCloud, C2E)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy ITSM
  • Understanding of FedRAMP and DoD Cloud SRG requirements

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)
