Description

Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains an accurate running inventory

• Restocks supplies and inventory; places blanket and special orders as needed.

• Enters data in the inventory control system.

• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries and shipments according to policy.

• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.

• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Move materials and supplies

• Prepare boxes for shipping outbound

• Assist with in house assembly of equipment as needed

• Assist with operations team as needed

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.

• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or inventory software to maintain records and input data.

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.

• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.

• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work at heights.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
