INSTRUCTIONAL PARAPROFESSIONAL (IPP) 
Location: JOURNEY ACADEMY at the Lincoln Center
.875 FTE; 7 hours a day; Monday - Friday; 9-Months a year
$16.26/hour for 90 workday probationary period, then $18.07/hour

•    Performs instructional activities as planned, assigned and organized by professional staff for individual and/or small groups of students
•    Works with the teacher with students who need to learn positive behaviors in order to be successful in the classroom setting
•    Helps in the selection, preparation and organization of materials appropriate to students' needs in accordance with designated lessons
•    Collects data and reports student progress to the teacher
•    Requires a High School graduate or equivalent
•    Requires 60 semester/90 quarter college credits or successful completion of the WorkKeys Test to meet the requirement of ESSA.  (To take the WorkKeys Test at the Lincoln Center, call 281-5007 or email [email protected]. The cost is $60.00)
