British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager Operations Business Partnering in Bucharest.



 


 


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Manage and directs activities to provide valuable, commercially focussed insights to the business:

  • Business partner to Group Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams for Cash Generation initiatives.

  • Supporting Senior Manager Capex with cash generation initiatives in Capex.

  • Supporting Senior Manager Supply Chain with Cash Generation initiatives in inventories.

  • Providing finance support to Project Managers in Supply Chain and manufacturing.

  • Providing stakeholder engagement and coordination support to business across finance.

  • Be the bridge between Global finance teams, regional finance teams and DRBU finance teams.

  • Support Senior Manager in building right governance for sustainable Cash Delivery.

  • Providing financial analysis and reconciliations for different initiatives as and when required.


 


 


What are we looking for?



  •  5-7 years of progressive experience in finance function of Global FMCG, or similar dynamic environment

  • At least 3 years of experience as finance business partner.

  • At least 5 years of experience working in diverse teams.

  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP / BI /BPC) and Tech Savy and Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Very Strong Commercial acumen and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships, influence collaborators with divergent priorities; resilient and prepared to deal with failure, learning with mistakes and balancing pressure over the direct reports

  • Demonstrated track record of excellent performance.

  • Degree educated with relevant professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MBA) or working towards


 


Please note that this position is offered as a fixedterm contract for 1 year
