What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As our Shared Service Regional Recruiter, you will be the "grassroots" Recruiter for our Greensboro market. You won't just post on job boards; you’ll be the face of our brand in the community.
Drive the company recruitment van to 30–50 accounts across NC and Western VA to find top-tier talent.
Act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist by building deep partnerships with local organizations like Goodwill, NC Works, and technical colleges.
Organize and host at least 5 job fairs per quarter to ensure a steady candidate flow.
Work closely with Branch Managers to monitor open orders, acting as a consultant to ensure the right hiring paths are taken.
Manage a monthly Indeed sponsorship budget to maximize visibility for high-priority roles.
What You Bring To The Team
Experience: 2–3 years in high-volume recruiting or the service industry. We also welcome motivated HR graduates ready for a "coachable" environment!
Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish (Highly Preferred) with the confidence to manage conflict and "stand your ground" with hiring managers.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office and experience with HRIS/ATS (Dayforce experience is a plus).
Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory for regional travel.
Mindset: An outgoing, "people person" attitude with a focus on honest, grassroots outreach.
