What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues
  • Perform repairs to restore system performance and efficiency
  • Build clear, accurate quotes for recommended services
  • Educate customers on HVAC systems and product options
  • Deliver top-notch customer service with every interaction

What Success Looks Like

  • Follow instructions and directions of the Installation Manager in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adhere to best practices by following safety rules, maintaining safe work habits, utilizing appropriate safety equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions
  • Follow company policies related to customer relations, quality control, conduct in customers’ homes, appearance, driver safety, fleet maintenance, dispatch, and communication
  • Ensure company property, tools, vehicles, and equipment are used, maintained, and accounted for properly and on time
  • Complete all documentation in a neat, accurate, complete, and timely manner
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business activities

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role that requires:

  • Working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, kneeling, and crawling
  • Climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Working in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds independently
  • Flexibility to maneuver in tight spaces
  • Working in noisy environments near moving mechanical parts
  • Using hands and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate equipment

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license that meets insurance requirements
  • Professional, positive interaction with customers
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Certifications

  • EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we’ll help you get there!)
