We are seeking a confident, safety-oriented Superintendent with strong commercial instincts to join our Groundwater Control Group, supporting projects across the Southeastern United States. This group specializes in construction dewatering, ground freezing, and landfill work. The Superintendent will play a critical role in overseeing field operations and ensuring project success.

 

This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring frequent national travel.



Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site project supervision, including the management of field labor, equipment, materials, safety, and production.
  • Study and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Develop and train skilled craft workers and laborers.
  • Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with all levels of personnel—from laborers to engineers—to resolve issues and improve construction methods.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports.
  • Ensure project quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction, dewatering, or drilling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience managing crews and overseeing technical field operations.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the U.S. as project needs require.


Additional Information:

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
