POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing a variety of clerical, promotional, and support services in the Workforce Solutions department. This role involves supporting on-campus contract training with businesses and assisting Training Coordinators with administrative tasks. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned):
(75%) Administrative Support
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with set-up for internal and external meetings.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and act professionally in interactions with students, staff, and guests.
(25%) Contract Training Support
- Prepare delivered catering for business and industry partners on campus.
- Ensure training materials are delivered to instructor.
- Prepare classrooms for upcoming on campus trainings at direction of Training Coordinator(s).
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be enrolled in a program pursuing a minimum of six credits per semester.
