Job Summary
We are looking
for a proactive and organized Admin cum Travel Executive to support day-to-day
administrative operations and manage employee travel arrangements. The role
requires coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle
multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle routine
administrative tasks and office coordination - Vendor
Management - Bills Processing
- Maintain
records, documentation, and MIS reports - Support asset tracking and office inventory management
- Assist in event/logistics coordination when required
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Travel Management
- Arrange domestic
and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, transport) - Coordinate
travel itineraries and approvals - Manage travel
vendors and negotiate rates - Track travel
expenses and maintain records - Provide support for last-minute changes or emergencies
- Ensure adherence to company travel policy
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in Administration and Travel
coordination - Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Basic vendor management and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with travel portals/agencies
- Exposure to corporate travel policies
