Posting Title: Senior Production Training Coordinator
Reports To: General Superintendent
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $78,750 to $103,000
 
This position primarily involves working on-site at the project location or in office. Travel frequency and duration will vary depending on the role and project timeline.  
 
Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. THE PRODUCTION TEAM
The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric’s Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. We take pride in developing and deploying the best Field Managers in the industry, leaders who drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver successful project outcomes
 
ABOUT THE ROLE
Training Content & Materials Support
  • Proofread and format training materials, presentations, and documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for leadership training programs.
  • Assist with the creation and production of training materials, including binders, participant guides, handouts, and reference materials.
  • Ensure training materials follow CEI branding and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate printing, assembly, and distribution of training packets and materials.
 
Training Records & Systems Administration
  • Upload and maintain training records in Vairkko and other training management systems.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of course attendance, completion records, and certifications.
  • Maintain organized digital records of training content and materials for easy retrieval and version control.
 
Training Coordination & Logistics
  • Manage training class attendee lists, ensuring accurate registration and attendance tracking.
  • Send and manage calendar invitations for training sessions and related meetings.
  • Assist with scheduling training sessions and coordinating room reservations or meeting spaces.
  • Provide catering coordination and support for training classes as needed.
  • Track training deliverables and materials to ensure readiness for scheduled sessions.
 
File & Content Management
  • Maintain structured file management for all training materials, presentations, and resources.
  • Organize and maintain shared folders and training libraries to ensure materials remain current and accessible.
  • Assist with version control and updates to training documents and curriculum materials.
 
Program & Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support for Field Leadership training programs and workshops.
  • Assist the Training & Development team with program logistics and preparation.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the Field Leadership Training program.
 
ABOUT YOU
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably supporting training, operations, or leadership development programs.
  • Experience supporting corporate training or leadership development programs.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Vairkko or similar platforms.
  • Experience coordinating training events or internal workshops.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
 
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
 
Licensure/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License

Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably supporting training, operations, or leadership development programs.
 
Driving Record: Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
