We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Maintenance Technician I, Drop Team to join our Riverstar Maintenance team.
Summary:
Responsibilities:
* Secures building and occupants by maintenance of fire alarm protection
* Maintains building, heating, ventilation air conditioning, repairs and groundskeeping
- Maintains lighting by installation of bulbs and ballast
- Repairs electrical wiring and fixtures
- Maintains building climate by trouble shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Maintains the facility plumbing including water fixtures and sprinklers
- Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter
- Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walk and parkways
- Hauls and moves files, boxes, furniture, furnishings
- Prepares rooms for PA with audio/visual equipment
- Completes repairs and installs replacement parts as needed
* Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use
- Keeps preventative maintenance schedules
- Keeps maintenance records, following policy and procedures
- Completes repairs and installs replacement parts
- Reports needed changes
* Identifies and corrects hazardous working conditions
* Conducts minor preventative maintenance, when possible, and report additional needed repairs to line of support
* Utilizes work order maintenance system in Stream It, for receiving and completing tasks
* Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes
* Performs all other duties as assigned
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
