We’re looking for Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to serve our RV manufacturers, repair facilities, glass shops, insurance partners, and RV owners nationwide.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will:

Deliver Exceptional Service

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses that reflect our commitment to service excellence.
  • Coordinate with RV owners, manufacturers, repair facilities, TPA partners, glass shops, and insurance companies.

Create & Process Orders with Precision

  • Generate quotes, invoices, order forms, and professional correspondence.
  • Convert quotes into sales while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • File insurance claims and coordinate scheduling for installations.

Navigate Systems with Confidence

  • Utilize sales, freight, and knowledge management systems to identify parts and provide accurate freight estimates.
  • Support customers efficiently by leveraging internal tools and processes.

Solve Problems & Drive Solutions

  • Open and manage customer cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehousing, Invoicing, Accounting, and Technical Support to resolve freight, payment, and warranty issues.
  • Develop strategic, timely solutions that meet service level agreements (SLAs) and build long-term customer relationships.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with general office equipment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check

  • Sustained seated posture for extended periods
  • Frequent walking throughout the office
  • Continuous typing and use of office equipment
  • Moderate noise with frequent interruptions
