THE SHORT VERSION

Endless Clubs is going to become the campus arm of a global game development movement  and you are the person who will create its visual identity. Within a few years, we hope to have hundreds of clubs at colleges and universities across the world. In addition to having fun and mentoring younger gamers, the club's goal is to turn game players into game makers who improve and demonstrate their career readiness by working on some of the many hard and soft skills required to make and market great games. We are building a global movement to democratize game development. We need a designer who can make it look like one.

You will own the visual identity of Endless Clubs from the ground up — logo, color, type, posters, merch, deck templates, the Club Kit packaging, the website's visual layer. By the end of the summer there will be Endless Clubs posters going up on dorm walls and you designed them.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

  • Build the Endless Clubs brand system from scratch — logo, color, type, voice, application across surfaces.
  • Translate the Endless wordplay concept into a full visual language that works on a dorm poster, a hoodie, and a phone screen.
  • Design the merch line — t-shirt, hoodie, sticker pack, enamel pin — through to print-ready files.
  • Lay out the four playbooks (Club Starter, Game Jam, Mentorship, Pro Pathway) and the Workshop Library.
  • Own the visual layer of the website. Work with the Lead and the Curriculum Intern on every page.
  • Build the templates that let Ambassadors make their own posters and slides without you in the room.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a portfolio, not a resume. We do not care where you went to school. We care what you have made.
  • You have a point of view. Generic does not live here.
  • You’ve been designing for a few years and are tired of designing banner ads.
  • You move fast and ship work you are proud of.
  • Bonus: motion design, merch and print production experience, or you have run your own brand.

WHY THIS JOB

You are not decorating someone else's vision. You are defining what Endless Clubs look like on twenty campuses this fall and 100+ campuses in the years to come. Every poster on every wall, every hoodie, every Instagram grid — that is yours.

TO APPLY

  • Upload your portfolio or a link to your website.
  • Submit a one-paragraph answer to: "What is the best brand you have seen in the last year, and why?"
  • Create and submit a mock up (in any format you like) of a poster for an Endless Clubs game jam at the school of your choice. Spend no more than 1-2 hours on it.

No cover letters. Show us how you think.
