Compensation & Perks
- Hourly pay: $14–$17 (up to $20/hr for advanced care cases)
- Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Program (caregivers & clients)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support individuals with memory-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Help with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Perform safe transfers (gait belt/Hoyer lift training available)
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, or activities
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist with mobility tasks
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and current vehicle registration
- Reliable phone for scheduling and communication
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to pass a background screening
- TB test required (can be completed during onboarding)
