Job Description

ADMINISTRATOR
STARTING WAGE: 25/HR
LOCATION: Carson, WA

We're searching for someone who can assist our General Manager in everyday administrative tasks, and occasionally fill in other departments. Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required -- as long as you're the right person, we'll teach you everything you need to know to exceed standards for work quality and guest happiness. To be successful, you will be a reliable, enthusiastic multitasker who can work independently as well as get along with your team and help out where needed.

Responsibilities include:


  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and records management to maintain organized office operations.

  • Multitask and prioritize to adjust to changing circumstances and complete multiple assignments despite interruption

  • Process invoices

  • Prepare cash for deposits

  • Maintain merchandise inventory


Qualifications:


  • Computer proficiency; ability to operate basic office equipment

  • Basic math, reading/writing, and comprehension skills

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

  • Available to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in general administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a service-oriented industry.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting senior management or executive teams.

  • Knowledge of records management best practices and office filing systems.
