If God has gifted you with the ability to blend technical precision with a servant’s heart, ensuring that every environment - from high-energy student gatherings to sacred, sensitive memorial services - is a distraction-free space for people to encounter Jesus, perhaps this position is for you. (Part-time up to 24-hrs a week)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Event Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, including setting up, running, and cleaning up production elements such as audio, graphics, lighting, and staging.
  • Provide technical support for diverse campus venues, ensuring high-quality worship and meeting environments for children, students, staff, and various church ministries.
  • Incorporate, encourage, and direct volunteers, providing the necessary training to equip them for service during meetings and events.
  • Act as a technical resource by answering calls and resolving inquiries related to production matters.

Project Management

  • Maintain the excellence of campus venues and production areas through the cleaning, repairing, repositioning, and organizing of equipment.
  • Execute specific projects and scheduled tasks as assigned by the Production team and leadership.
  • Actively participate in all team meetings and spiritual devotionals to stay aligned with the team’s mission.

Conferences and Special Events

  • Provide essential technical services for large-scale conferences and unique church-wide special events.
  • Manage the logistics of indoor and outdoor PA systems, including the installation, striking, and return of any rental equipment.
  • Serve as a professional liaison, coordinating communication between technical teams and conference support staff to ensure seamless execution.

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

  • Previous experience serving in a service-oriented and/or technical field is desired.
  • Must be able to think quickly on your feet in making technical decisions when running an event or requesting help.
  • Able to communicate well with guests and staff.

A flexible schedule is desirable due to the variety of campus events.
