Wenger | JR Clancy is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our team! As a Receiving Associate, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation’s strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by handling received product, inspecting and reviewing it for accuracy, and ensuring the product is delivered to the correct department.



 



At a minimum, you’ll need:




  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience receiving product and/or materials management  

  • Previous forklift experience or willingness to learn to operate a forklift



 



It’d be great if you also have:




  • Quality Management System experience

  • Crane/Hoist operation experience



 



What you will do on a typical day:




  • Inspecting incoming product for damage and completeness of order

  • Safely unloading products from carrier

  • Checking accuracy of order against Purchase Order

  • Properly identifying and tag products

  • Distributing products and materials to appropriate storage location

  • Replenish shop with stock materials, as needed

  • Identifying receiving product nonconformities and initiating a Corrective Action Report, or Supplier Corrective Action Report, as needed

  • Updating Receiving System daily

  • Conducting weekly cycle counts
