The Learning Circle YMCA is looking for a passionate and engaging Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom where toddlers can explore, grow, and thrive. You will play a key role in building foundational skills through play, routine, and meaningful connections while supporting both children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development
- Provide attentive supervision to ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through daily interactions and play
- Establish consistent routines that help children feel secure and confident
- Maintain open and positive communication with families, sharing updates on their child’s progress
- Follow YMCA policies and state licensing requirements to ensure quality and compliance
Salary & Benefits: This Full Time position (40 hours per week) is Monday- Friday, 7:30am – 6:00(8 hour shift each day) with a flex schedule. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - 22.00/ hour and is based on experience.

Requirements
- CDA credential required or equivalent education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed child care center or school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
