Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS software (ManagerPlus preferred)

• Working knowledge of maintenance workflows, parts, and inventory management

• Ability to read and interpret maintenance and equipment manuals

• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, mechanics, and employees across departments
