Job Summary/Description:  

This person should be experienced and prepared to work in all aspects of a modern media company marketing department. Those would include the creation and scheduling of on-air, digital, and social media marketing messages.

KNOE is looking for an experienced marketing producer who is a strong writer, video photographer, and video editor. This person will concentrate on the marketing of KNOE, its ABC sister station KAQY, along with various programs and networks supported by Gray Television. This person would also be expected to work in Wide Orbit, scheduling the on-air promos across KNOE, KAQY, and the station’s various digital networks. Additionally, this person will work closely with the station’s digital team, looking for marketing opportunities and creating the appropriate messaging for the station’s mobile, social, and web-based platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* At least two (2) years of experience operating video cameras and editing video projects
* Strong verbal and writing skills
* Experience in social media and familiarity with other digital media platforms
* A sound business/marketing acumen
* Is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at the same time
* Possess a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and are willing to work across departmental lines to help the station succeed
