Entuitive is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer, based in our Toronto office. Take the opportunity to learn more about the structural engineering service at Entuitive. We are passionate about our work and the talented individuals that get to deliver complex projects on a regular basis.

 What will you do?

• Structural engineering design and calculations for all structural components including columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and lateral systems.
• Design and engineering using materials such as structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold formed structural steel, and wood.
• Assemble and coordinate engineering drawings and contract documents in collaboration with our BIM technologists and other members of the engineering team.
• Conduct field reviews and other contract administrative duties.
• Draft project-related correspondence..
• Lead internal project design teams, including delegating appropriate design tasks and overseeing the technical production of design engineers.
• Participate in client meetings, facilitating solutions to design issues and challenges and providing status updates.
• Review of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings.
• Mentoring and coaching of junior staff to help cultivate their professional development.
• Develop and monitor project budgets.
