Schedule: Varying shifts Monday-Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
Pay: $200,000-$275,000 Salary

Our Chapman Chrysler Jeep location in Henderson, Nevada is currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who can inspire, challenge, and develop a high-performing sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, strong closing skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, including coaching, performance monitoring, and process oversight
  • Motivate and develop team members to grow their book of business and achieve sales goals
  • Ensure all customers are greeted promptly and professionally
  • Build strong customer relationships to establish long-term loyalty and referrals
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum 3 years Sales Manager Experience
  • Experience in customer relationship building and management
  • Experience leading a team
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to drive team performance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
