We are currently recruiting for a Technician II. The successful candidate is expected to work in Wastewater Treatment P plant with the potential to cross train at K plant Wastewater treatment. Wastewater treats waste coming from manufacturing so that it meets regulatory compliance. Requires process monitoring, pulling samples, sample analysis, reactor cleaning, sludge and chemical handling including sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide and polymers. PPE includes; respirator, hard hat, steel toed shoes, safety glasses, rubber gloves, chemical suit, and fall protection. Wastewater is a 12-hour rotating shift position. Performs all additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Follows Fujifilm’s Employee Code of Conduct Policy and adheres to Fujifilm Safety Policies and Procedures. Generates hazardous waste, labels containers and meets other container storage requirements. Transports them to less than 90 day storage. Prepares hazardous waste for disposal, such as, filling waste tankers and coordinating these pickups.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current certification in Physical Chemical/Biological Wastewater Treatment or must obtain a "D" level certification within one year of starting this position and a "C" level certification must be obtained within two years of starting this position for both Physical Chemical/Biological wastewater treatment. Skill assessments are required. Must be able to obtain forklift certification and the ability to pass certification and requirements to wear a full face respirator.

-Must be willing to pursue Wastewater treatment certification for “A” license.
-Demonstrated ability to operate a Forklift and skid-steer loader preferred.
-Wastewater Treatment Certification preferred
-Understanding of Greenwood Metro, State and Fuji Water Quality Regulations preferred.
-Basic computer skills preferred
-Must meet the physical demands of the position.
