Job Description

Join Success Nationalease a TCI Company as a Level 1 Diesel Technician! This is a great opportunity for entry-level technicians looking to grow their career in diesel maintenance and repair. You will work alongside experienced technicians performing inspections, basic maintenance, and assisting with repairs on diesel trucks and equipment.

Tuesday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, Saturday 7:00am-3:30pm - Pay Range - $19.25 to $24.88 Depending on Skills and Experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preventative maintenance and basic diesel repairs

  • Perform inspections on trucks and equipment

  • Help diagnose mechanical issues under supervision

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Complete service documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years Diesel Engine Repair with Basic mechanical knowledge or diesel training preferred

  • Technical school or shop experience is a plus

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability

  • CDL Preferred but not Required

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the diesel industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

  • Self-motivated & Leadership skills
