Job Description:
Join Baker Tilly’s Global Trade Management team as in an Operations Support role! As part of our Development Advisory team, you will support a variety of services related to global trade and customs, including preparing SOWs, special projects and research. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and interested in building a foundation in client service and project management within a growing advisory practice.

Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field required
1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various levels of client personnel
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience supporting or creating Statements of Work (SOWs)
Involvement in professional or student organizations
The Wisconsin compensation rate range for this job position is $62,000-95,610. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
