Within FSG, our dedicated Time and Expense Associate (TEA) Team ensures contractors are paid accurately and on time, delivering a seamless experience from timesheet to invoice. We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Time and Expense Administrator to join our TEA Team. • Ensure accurate data entry and validation across internal systems • Extract and analyze key data to support business goals
• Maintain high standards of accuracy to minimize financial risk • Understand the broader impact of your work and uphold quality assurance at every step


Customer Experience:
• Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external contractors
• Act as a go-to contact for payment-related queries, resolving issues and escalating when needed
• Collaborate with Business Support Associates to drive team and office success
