Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst, Biopharma
Reports to: Head of Investment Banking

Salary Range $110,000 - $135,000
The Analyst will be a key member of an experienced team building a world-class investment banking practice focused on healthcare companies. The successful candidate will provide support to senior bankers in executing M&A transactions for clients across all sectors. This position offers direct client CEO and CFO contact, significant responsibility and opportunity for advancement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in client transactions, projects, or assignments as an Analyst of the investment banking team
Interact with clients and internal banking team
Assist in preparation of presentations for current and prospective clients
Prepare valuation analyses of clients and targets
Review business plans, conduct research and analyze financial statements
Perform due diligence investigations
Experience and Qualifications Required:
+1 years of investment banking experience, healthcare related transactions preferred
Qualified candidates will possess a BS or BA in life sciences or finance; exemplary academic record
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including knowledge of financial accounting
Highly motivated, energetic, personable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
