🍽️ Now Hiring: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: F&B Manager
Status: Full-Time | Shift-Based | Weekends & Holidays Included (because brunch waits for no one)

If so, you might be our next Food & Beverage Supervisor — aka the Captain of Cuisine, Commander of Cocktails, Sultan of Service.


🥂 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff

  • Ensure every guest leaves happier (and fuller) than when they arrived

  • Keep the service running smoother than a perfectly reduced sauce

  • Train, coach, and mentor staff like the hospitality hero you are

  • Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and maximize “wow” moments

  • Jump in wherever needed — yes, even polishing cutlery


🍔 What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership

  • A natural ability to motivate people (and diffuse awkward table situations)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • The stamina of a marathon runner and the patience of a saint

  • Knowledge of food safety standards (bonus points for certifications!)

  • A love for hospitality that goes beyond “it’s just a job”
