What we’re looking for:
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
You have prior experience as a senior software engineer or technical architect, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
You have experience delivering enterprise software solutions, including leveraging AI where appropriate
You have a proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain diverse engineering talent
You communicate effectively and build strong relationships across technical and non‑technical teams
You have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and Agile or Scrum methodologies
You are comfortable prioritizing high‑impact work and managing multiple initiatives
You thrive in fast‑paced environments and adapt well to changing priorities
What you’ll be doing:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development for members of the application development team
Direct the design and development of complex software solutions within the Microsoft development stack
Guide the thoughtful use of AI to accelerate feature development and improve code quality
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes
Drive improvements in build processes, test automation, and continuous integration practices
Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
Lead collaborative design sessions to architect data structures, web components, and services
Ensure clear and transparent communication of project status, risks, and dependencies
Support issue resolution and implement preventative improvements to reduce recurring problems
Empower support teams through training, documentation, and tooling
Maintain thorough technical documentation and participate in change management activities
Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments when acting as a Scrum leader
