    The Hudson School District is seeking an Elementary Assistant Principal at the Early Learning Center.  This is a full time, year round position.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Principal in developing the school's philosophy and goals in conjunction with district goals and community expectations.
    • Provide guidance to teachers in the establishment and implementation of their own professional goals.
    • Assist in the hiring of all staff members.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to learning for all students.
    • Develop a culture that focuses on collaboration, collegiality and student achievement within the school.
    • Communicate a clear vision for the school that involves the entire community.
    • Ensure the safety and security of all students and staff.

    Qualifications: 

    • Current NH Principal certification, required.
    • Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
    • Masters degree 

    Compensation: Elementary Principal salary range of $85,708 to $100,000 in accordance with the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement located on Hudson School District website.
