The Clinical Onboarding Coordinator – AOC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of new anesthesia providers into our organization. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the onboarding process, from the offer accepted to the commencement of the assignment, to ensure that new hires are fully prepared to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.

 

At this time, US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska.

 

The base pay estimate for this role is $21.97 - $35.14 hourly. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)

 

  • Coordinates employment requirements, including background checks and drug screenings.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for new hires, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Communicates regularly with the recruiter and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in the onboarding process.
  • Addresses any concerns or issues raised by new hires in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partners with credentialing to monitor the locum’s progress and ensure they are on track for their projected start date.
  • Initiates the new hire process for candidates and conducts welcome phone calls.
  • Updates and maintain onboarding data within ATS software. 
  • Serves as a liaison between recruiters, clients, and candidates.
  • Escalates hiring issues or start delays to the appropriate party.
  • Handles details of confidential and critical nature.

Qualifications

:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in computer applications including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point required.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision required.
  • ATS experience preferred.
